Skincare is the care or treatment for the healthy and glowing skin. It includes nutrition, avoidance of excessive sun exposure. Good skin care including sun protection and gentle cleansing. It can keep your skin healthy and glowing. Our skin the largest organ in our body. Skin contains three parts the epidermis, dermis and hypodermis. Once you hit 25 your collagen levels can start to slowly deplete. You start ageing at 20. Dry skin is defined as flaking or scaling of the skin.
